Thank you for choosing Motor Transform for your mobile valeting and detailing needs. We take pride in delivering an exceptional, high-quality service and ask that you kindly respect our terms and conditions to ensure a seamless experience.
Service Location & Safety Requirements
Motor Transform is a mobile service designed for convenience, offering on-site vehicle valeting and detailing at your home, workplace, or other designated locations. To ensure safety, quality service, and compliance with insurance policies, we require the following:
- We cannot service vehicles on busy roads, tight streets, or main roads.
- Pay-and-display car parks are not suitable for our operations.
- Access to power: We require a safe and accessible location to plug in our extension lead for our equipment.
If the location you've chosen presents any of the above challenges, please contact us before your booking, and we will be happy to assist in arranging a suitable alternative.
Booking and Deposits
To confirm your booking with Motor Transform, a deposit is required. This deposit secures your appointment, and the balance will be due upon completion of the service. The deposit is made via bank transfer directly to Motor Transform. Please note:
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The amount of the deposit may vary based on your location, the service package, and the specific work requested.
Should you need to transfer your booking to someone else or change the location, this can be done within 48 hours of booking, provided the new location meets our service requirements.
Cancellations and Delays
We always strive to keep your appointment on schedule. However, unforeseen delays — such as traffic, emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances — can occasionally arise. In such cases, we will:
- Contact you promptly to reschedule the service.
- Offer a full refund of your deposit if we are unable to reschedule within 14 days of the original booking.
We understand how important your time is and will always do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
Excessive Soiling & Additional Charges
If the interior of your vehicle is excessively soiled (e.g., mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood), additional charges may apply. To ensure we provide an accurate estimate:
- Please inform us in advance, and if possible, send photos of any areas that may require extra attention.
- We will assess the situation and communicate any additional costs before commencing any work.
In the event that these issues are discovered on the day of your appointment, we will discuss the necessary adjustments before proceeding with the service.
Agreement to Terms
By making a booking with Motor Transform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. In the event that your booking is impacted by any of the conditions mentioned above (such as location restrictions or excessive soiling), you will be responsible for the full cost of the service. An invoice will be issued to the billing address and email address you have provided upon booking.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the work. If payment is not received within the specified time, Motor Transform reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the costs. We value the time and expertise of our staff, and missed bookings represent lost time and income, which we cannot absorb.
